1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides an entertaining and educational personality assessment in a fantasy RPG theme. Results are generated based on user responses and are for illustrative purposes only. As stated throughout the Site: "This personality test is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Results should not be used as a basis for making important life or career decisions. All character images and class concepts are used for illustrative purposes."

We may update or modify the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. If so, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Payments and Purchases

Premium features are available via a one-time purchase processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment information; all transactions are handled securely by Stripe in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.

All purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, designs, text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by Whitemane Oy or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

User-generated content (e.g., questionnaire responses) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with the Service or others' use of it.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Service.
• Submit false or misleading information.

We may remove content or terminate access for violations.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whitemane Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

The personality assessment is not a professional psychological tool and should not be relied upon for decisions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whitemane Oy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
